These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) together with the Privacy Policy set out how you may use our Website. The Privacy Policy is an essential part of our Terms and Conditions and by accepting these Terms and Conditions you also accept and consent to our Privacy Policy.

By accessing the Website or using any Product ("Product") or Psychic Service ("Service") of Vegas Voodoo, Inc., you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to the following:

All Products are sold as curios only. Vegas Voodoo, Inc makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the results of any particular item if used for a specific purpose, as part of a religious ceremony, or any other situation.

Vegas Voodoo, Inc. hereby disclaims any liability to any person, property, or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental or consequential) based on any directions, information, suggestion, or advice provided by purchasing or using Products, whether purchased for self or received as a gift.

II. SERVICES

All Services are offered for entertainment purposes only. Services are performed by independent consultants (“Consultants”) that work on behalf of Vegas Voodoo, Inc. and these Terms & Conditions apply entirely to both Vegas Voodoo Inc., and it’s Consultants.

Services are not considered a replacement or substitute for medical care or therapy. Vegas Voodoo, Inc., nor it’s Consultants, are neither licensed physicians, medical professionals, licensed psychologists, or mental health professionals, and Vegas Voodoo, Inc. nor it’s Consultants neither diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, or heal any physical, emotional, psychological or mental conditions and/or illnesses.

You accept responsibility for your physical, emotional, psychological, mental, and spiritual well-being, and for your reactions and responses to any information presented in the services provided by Vegas Voodoo, Inc. You acknowledge that information obtained through these services (including but not limited to readings, spells, classes or healings) are considered intuitive advice and simply that, and is not intended to constitute professional, legal, medical, emotional, psychological, instructional, real estate, or financial advice. You further acknowledge that actions taken based on the information obtained through these services are your own responsibility. You understand that Vegas Voodoo, Inc. makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, with respect to accuracy, relevancy, or quality of these services. Vegas Voodoo, Inc. hereby disclaims any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental or consequential) based on any information, suggestion, or advice provided during these services. You agree that the services provided by Vegas Voodoo, Inc., whether purchased for self or received as a gift, are subject to your own interpretation.

You acknowledge that you have voluntarily agreed to participate in the services offered by Vegas Voodoo, Inc. and request Vegas Voodoo Inc., and/or it’s Consultants, to perform these services. You confirm the conditions of your participation in these services to be performed by Vegas Voodoo, Inc, am aware that these Terms & Conditions contains a release of liability and agree to these Terms & Conditions on my own free will.

III. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

You understand that all customers under the age of 18 need parental consent before purchasing a Product. Services are offered only to those persons who are of legal age (determined to be 18 years of age) at the time of booking the session.

Parents or legal guardians agree to take financial responsibility for any orders that are placed by persons under 18 years of age and hereby agree to the same Terms and Conditions as described herein.

Items are not to be consumed internally. Never leave a candle or incense unattended and always light on a non-flammable surface away from other combustible items.
