Shipping & Delivery
Since many of our products are individually packaged and blessed for each customer, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped, after a purchase has been made.  If you need a particular item immediately and are having it delivered to a Las Vegas hotel or address, we can often accomodate same day or next day deliveries, for an additional charge.   Please contact us for more information:  (702) 490-LUCK or complete our contact form.
Returns & Exchanges
Your friends at Vegas Voodoo want you to feel completely satisfied with your order.  If unused, unopened, and in original condition, products may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receiving the order. Please notify Vegas Voodoo at (702) 490-LUCK or complete our contact form prior to shipping.

Once materials are received, a full refund will be made minus the shipping/handling fees. Damaged and incorrect orders will be replaced for no additional shipping/handling charges.
Order Status

Secure Shopping
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server.  All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
